Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and managing the team to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing project activities, collaborating with multiple teams, and making key decisions to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Manage and oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects - Ensure the successful execution of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives - Make key decisions and provide guidance to the team to ensure project success - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies - Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Security Services delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Platform Operations - Experience with Professional Collaboration - Strong understanding of Security Services delivery methodologies and best practices - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to Security Services - Experience in managing and delivering complex Security Services projects - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Platform Operations - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
