Role: Supplier information Security Contract Negotiator

Must have Skills: Legal or law professional having good knowledge of information security frameworks & controls and also related terms. Prior work experience in contract negotiation will be consider a value add.

Good to Have Skills: ISO27001 LA, Security+, CISA, CISSP or CISM certifications (optional)

Key Responsibilities: Resource will be responsible for conducting the review and share response on the supplier query or redlines on the information security controls/schedule during supplier contract negotiation.

The role will require the contract negotiator to:

• Work directly with supplier contacts and supplier management team to review and negotiate information security clauses/controls.
• Perform the gap analysis of the supplier IS controls against Accenture specified controls.
• Assessors will be part of a globally distributed team, and negotiate with Accenture suppliers.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Good communication skills Experience of managing Interaction with team management or senior management would be plus.
• Ability to think out of the box.
