Summary: As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will research and translate risk information. You will partner with client stakeholders to provide input and best practice recommendations to inform decision making on security solutions. Your role will involve implementing and supporting client-based security solutions, ensuring the highest level of security for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Must have hands on experience in IDM Operations (using either Sailpoint or OIM) Work on daily incidents and escalations. Conduct root cause analysis and managing problems, in collaboration with the Engineering team. Identify and resolve provisioning failures. Review and resolve issues identified in daily BI reports. Address ticket backlogs and recurring issues. Collaborate closely with clients and business units to ensure smooth operations. Monitor the overall health and performance of the platform. Monitor of the status of trusted feeds and reconciliation jobs. Identify areas for improvement in IAM workflows and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Meet L2 SLAs and customer satisfaction. Maintain operation run-book, SOPs, user-facing documentation related to IAM processes, tools, and systems. Ensure a high level of user satisfaction with IAM-related services. Lead junior team members for delivery Work in shift on rotational basis Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices. - Experience in implementing and configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ for enterprise clients. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. - Familiarity with other identity and access management tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with security incident response and threat intelligence. - Experience in conducting security assessments and penetration testing. - Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Pune/Bangalore/HYD office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
