Summary: As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will research and translate risk information. Partner with client stakeholders to provide input and best practice recommendations to inform decision making on security solutions. Implement and support client-based security solutions. The IAM (Identity and Access Management) teams mission is to manage the policies, processes and procedures for the identity and access services being used. The team is responsible for ensuring that only authorized access is provided to systems. As a member of this team, we collaborate with other teams to support their access needs and with any issues that might arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Collaborate across a variety of stakeholders to ensure requests and requirements are driven towards problem resolution - Drive improvements in ServiceNow workflows across Okta, Active Directory, LDAP and Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystems - Provide ongoing business analysis for IAM requirements gathering, analysis, design, quality assurance, problem resolution - Create and maintain cross-functional business process improvement initiatives for IAM - Manage Account Reviews - Documentation creation and management (SharePoint, Wiki) - Tier 1 support for Slack channel for the IAM team. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities. - Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and requirements. - Provide input and best practice recommendations to inform decision making on security solutions. - Implement and support client-based security solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. - Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security, Okta Identity Management, Program Project Management. - 3-5 years of working with Windows and/or Linux systems in private and public cloud - 2+ Years working in an IAM-related or security role - 1-2 years supporting audits, including PCI and SOC - Experience working with Agile teams and Jira - Experience that would be ideal: o Active Directory (Azure) o LDAP o AWS SSO (Single Sign On) o Okta, EntraID and/or other Identity Providers o DevOps (Git, Pipelines, etc.) o Containers and the concepts o SAML / OAuth / OpenID o Relational databases o Scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) - Works well with others good interpersonal and communication skills - Able to quickly adapt - Able to learn new things quickly - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Experience with security assessment tools and technologies. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
