Summary: As a Security Consulting Lead, you will lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. You will assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. Your typical day will involve overseeing the security consulting projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance and expertise in identity access management (IAM) to ensure the security of our systems and data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and manage security consulting projects from initiation to completion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Provide guidance and expertise in identity access management (IAM) to ensure the security of our systems and data. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. - Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs to educate employees on security protocols and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with security consulting and risk management. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits. - Knowledge of security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to lead and manage teams to achieve project goals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or other branches of engineering is required.
