Security Assurance Analyst

Job Description:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the delivery of internal controls assurance for in-scope controls, in line with our assurance plans, framework and testing methodology.

• Perform controls testing to validate the design and operating effectiveness of cyber & information security controls, and key IT controls. Identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

• Build relationships and partner with technology stakeholders and supporting functions to drive reduction in control deficiencies through proactive remediation planning (and ongoing engagement with control owners).

• Prepare reports and presentations on assurance activities for internal governance and risk forums, to support management visibility and risk reporting.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our assurance processes.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in technology or security audit/assurance within a global organisation.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively on assurance topics and clearly present assurance findings.

• A collaborative approach to working with stakeholders to review and strengthen our control environment.

• Experience in developing assurance reporting for senior audiences.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's IRM capability will be beneficial.

• Familiarity with industry control frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST-CSF, ITIL.

• Professional qualifications such as CISA are desirable.
