Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of cloud environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and implement security solutions for cloud environments. - Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of cloud environments. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. - Provide guidance and support to junior security professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: Container Security: Design, implement, and maintain security controls for containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure secure configurations and practices are applied. Vulnerability Management: Identify and address vulnerabilities in container images and runtime environments. Use tools to scan container images and orchestration configurations for security issues. Security Automation: Develop and implement automated security checks and policies for containers and orchestration platforms. Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines. Monitoring and Response: Set up and manage monitoring tools to detect and respond to security threats in containerized environments. Analyze security incidents and perform root cause analysis. Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies and best practices for containerized applications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate container security into the software development lifecycle. Provide guidance on secure container practices. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation on container security policies, procedures, and incident responses. Report on security posture and vulnerabilities. Training and Awareness: Educate teams on container security best practices and emerging threats. Promote a culture of security awareness within the organization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
