Summary: As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve documenting the implementation of the cloud security controls and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud security controls, including access management, data protection, and threat detection. - Develop and maintain security architecture artifacts, including security requirements, design documents, and implementation plans. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Implementation and Configuration: Design and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet organizational IAM requirements. Configure identity workflows, role models, access policies, and user provisioning. Identity Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of user identities, including onboarding, role-based access control, and de-provisioning. Develop and maintain identity governance policies and procedures. Access Requests and Certifications: Implement self-service access request processes and approval workflows. Conduct regular access reviews and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. System Integration: Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with various enterprise systems, applications, and directories (e.g., Active Directory, HR systems, cloud services). Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between SailPoint and connected systems. Security and Compliance: Enforce security policies and controls to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches. Generate audit logs and compliance reports to meet regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA). Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. Perform regular system updates, patching, and performance tuning. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security vulnerabilities related to identity and access management. Implement measures to mitigate identified risks. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators on IAM processes and best practices. Maintain detailed documentation of IAM - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering secure and scalable solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
