Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Security Engineer with hands-on expertise in Firewall Architecture, Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls, and Checkpoint Next Generation Firewalls. The Candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust network security solutions, with a strong focus on FortiGate, Check Point firewalls, and proxy technologies. The day-to-day activities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess security requirements, deploying and fine-tuning firewall and proxy configurations, and ensuring secure connectivity across enterprise environments. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design, deploy, and manage firewall solutions based on security architecture and business requirements. • Configure and maintain Fortinet FortiGate and Checkpoint Next Generation Firewalls across enterprise environments. • Monitor and respond to security events, perform root cause analysis, and apply appropriate remediation measures. • Collaborate with IT and security teams to define firewall rules, policies, and access controls. • Deploy and manage proxy configurations, ensuring secure and optimized internet and application access. • Conduct periodic firewall and proxy policy reviews to ensure alignment with security standards. • Document architecture, configurations, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures. • Support the transition to managed security operations, including coordination with MSSPs or in-house SOC teams. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must have - Proficiency in Network Security Management, Experience with Firewall Architecture, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall, Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall • Experience in risk assessment and vulnerability management. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Firewall Architecture. • Proven experience with Fortinet FortiGate Firewall configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. • Proficiency with Checkpoint Next Generation Firewalls in enterprise environments. • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Security Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office/NCR. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
