Summary: The Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving vulnerability and posture management processes, ensuring timely remediation of identified risks, and leading reporting efforts. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the enterprise security posture. Roles & Responsibilities: Emerging Threats Mitigation (ETM)-Lead monitoring and analysis of emerging threats.Guide the GOE team in identifying and mitigating risks. External Posture Management (EPM)-Perform advanced assessments of external posture gaps,Provide insights and recommendations using tools such as Black-Kite, AppOmni, Armis, Axonius. -Vulnerability Treatment-Oversee remediation tracking and ensure SLA compliance,,Coordinate cross-functional teams for vulnerability closure. Ticketing and VM Queue Monitoring-Manage ServiceNow vulnerability tickets and escalate issues as needed,,Validate patching requests, false positives, and exceptions. BAU Reporting-Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports for leadership,Develop detailed dashboards and posture scorecards. Vulnerability Remediation Support,Drive remediation of high network vulnerabilities.,Work with stakeholders to validate fixes and closure Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in Vulnerability Management, Threat Mitigation, or Security Operations. -Hands-on expertise with tools such as Qualys, Black-Kite, AppOmni, Armis, Axonius, ServiceNow. -Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills. -Good knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). -Ability to mentor junior analysts and drive initiatives independently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
