Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve analyzing security requirements, designing and implementing security solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of cloud environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements and develop security architecture. - Design and implement security controls and measures to protect cloud environments. - Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures. - Provide guidance and support to development teams on secure coding practices. - Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices. - Assist in incident response and participate in security incident investigations. - Conduct security awareness training and promote a culture of security within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Integrated Security Risk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Architecture Design. - Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for cloud environments. - Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and standards such as CSA, ISO 27017, and NIST. - Familiarity with security technologies and tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and DLP. - Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Integrated Security Risk Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A BTECH degree is required.
