Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will also document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data in the cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement security solutions to protect cloud-based systems and data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data in the cloud environment. - Develop and document the cloud security framework and architecture. - Transition the implementation of cloud security controls to cloud security-managed operations. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. - Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats. - Provide guidance and support to junior security professionals. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches. - Conduct security audits and assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities. - Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement security best practices. - Participate in the development and execution of security awareness and training programs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Experience with cloud security frameworks and architectures. - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies. - Experience with security risk assessments and vulnerability testing. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
