Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's systems and data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the security architecture aligns with business requirements and performance goals. - Design and implement security solutions to protect the organization's systems and data. - Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in the existing architecture. - Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle. - Provide guidance and support to development teams on secure coding practices. - Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches. - Conduct security awareness training for employees. - Stay informed about emerging threats and vulnerabilities. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Security Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing secure architectures. - Knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). - Experience in conducting security assessments and penetration testing. - Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Security Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
