Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's sensitive information and systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Your expertise in RSA Archer Platform Administration will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust security measures. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and develop security architecture for our organization, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and performance goals. - Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive information and systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address any security gaps or weaknesses. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development and deployment processes. - Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our security posture. - Provide guidance and support to junior security professionals, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in security architecture. - Assist in incident response and investigation activities, ensuring timely resolution of security incidents. - Conduct security awareness training sessions for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in RSA Archer Platform Administration. - Strong understanding of security architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security controls and measures. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to information security, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR. - Familiarity with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in RSA Archer Platform Administration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area is required.
