Summary: As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve working with ForgeRock Identity Management, analyzing security requirements, and designing security solutions to protect against potential threats. Roles & Responsibilities: Key responsibilities. Lead and supervise the operations team responsible for identity governance and administration tasks. Coordinate the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IGA platforms, focusing on efficiency and reliability. Develop and enforce operational procedures and best practices for identity governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of identity governance solutions into operational workflows. Conduct regular audits and assessments of user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Oversee activities related to campaign launching, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with identity governance standards. Generate reports and metrics to monitor operational performance and compliance with identity governance requirements. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to operations team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in identity governance and administration to drive continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in ForgeRock Identity Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ForgeRock Access Management. - Strong understanding of security architecture and design principles. - Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security information and event management systems. - Experience with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS. - Experience with cloud security and identity and access management solutions. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in ForgeRock Identity Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the context of identity governance and administration. Familiarity with IGA platforms such as ForgeRock or SailPoint, with hands-on experience preferred. Certification in identity governance and administration (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of identity management principles and practices. Experience in conducting audits and assessments, with a focus on compliance and risk management. Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with Superset, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Terraform, and Talend will be considered an added advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
