Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing identity governance solutions using SailPoint IDN. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including US-based clients, to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IDN solutions aligned with business and security requirements. - Configure and manage IDN modules such as Access Request, Access Review, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Compliance. - Integration & Development: Develop and maintain custom connectors (e.g., Web Services connectors) for integration with enterprise systems like Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, Azure, and AWS. - Implement API-based integrations and manage transformation and connector rules to ensure data integrity and automation. - System Management: Perform end-to-end system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. - Conduct access certification campaigns and generate compliance reports. - Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and operational procedures. - Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing SailPoint IDN implementations. - Stay updated with SailPoint product releases and industry best practices. - Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow development and implementation. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, provisioning, and compliance. - Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and scripting for automation. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise directories (AD, LDAP). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. - Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing roles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Sailpoint IdentityNow - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
