Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's data and systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Your expertise in cloud security architecture will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust security measures. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the security architecture aligns with business requirements and performance goals. - Design and implement security measures to protect the organization's data and systems. - Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential threats. - Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are followed. - Provide guidance and support to other teams on security-related matters. - Participate in incident response and recovery efforts. - Conduct security audits and assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities. - Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents. - Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards. - Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a security-conscious culture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Security Architecture. - Experience with Managed Cloud Security Services. - Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Experience in designing and implementing security controls for cloud environments. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
