Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data in the cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing, implementing & managing processes for operations team. - Should have detailed knowledge on SailPoint Identity Now. - Responsible for designing Health Check Processes for the operations team & need to review monthly for any process improvement. - Should lead all the deployments i.e. Break fix or any enhancements made by operations team. - Work with scrum master & client for defining sprint. Good to have knowledge on Jira or any similar tools. - Conduct regular audits to identify & address security vulnerabilities, applying of patches etc. - Stay updated on current IAM/SailPoint threats & industry solutions. - Should be comfortable working in shifts. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement security solutions to protect cloud environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data. - Develop and maintain cloud security policies, standards, and procedures. - Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. - Implement and manage security controls and tools in the cloud environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - 8+ years of experience in the development, integration, and troubleshooting of SailPoint identity Now products - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and architectures. - Experience with cloud security controls and tools. - Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices. - Experience with security incident response and management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). - Experience with security assessment and auditing tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
