Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data. -Roles & Responsibilities: - Work closely with Project Managers to understand the release / deployment timelines - Create forecast and project charter to start service introduction phase for each build to Run handover phase - Estimate Service introduction Cost & Resources for new projects (if any) - Track the completion of all associated service project documentation - Work closely with the operations, technical and service delivery units to ensure that implemented services are able to be delivered to - target service levels and performance indicators. - Establishing and managing the relationship between the project and service delivery; - Communicating the business objectives and scope of change to the service delivery function; - Developing & Tracking the service acceptance criteria for the Build project into Run phase - Operating the service acceptance framework to ensure quality of delivery; - Influencing the project teams to ensure that the operational NFRs are understood and incorporated into the project delivery; - Establishing the service model to understand how the technology will be supported;- - Ensuring knowledge is transferred from the projects team to the operations teams; - Establishing an early life support plan where required; - Identifying and communicating any risks and mitigation plan posed to service operations by the project delivery; - Establishing operational governance where necessary; - To ensure that robust validation and test strategies and plans are in place and defects are managed to service delivery's expectations; - To support the overall acceptance into service of an approved project. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement security solutions to protect the organization's cloud infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data. - Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security risks. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. - Additional responsibility: Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Management Framework Design and Implementation. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing cloud security controls. - Knowledge of security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
