Summary: As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve working with SailPoint IdentityIQ, designing security architecture, and documenting the implementation of cloud security controls. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements and performance goals. - Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. - Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security architecture aligns with business objectives and requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on SailPoint IdentityIQ and cloud security architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: -Implement, configure, and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to support identity and access management (IAM) processes. Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure secure and efficient access control. Perform system administration tasks, including software upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ. Collaborate with IT and business units to automate access provisioning, de-provisioning, and user lifecycle processes. Conduct regular access reviews, certifications, and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet the organization's requirements. Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff on SailPoint IdentityIQ functionalities and best practices. Stay abreast of the latest security and IAM technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the SailPoint IdentityIQ environment. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Proven experience in managing and configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM solutions. Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices. Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), databases (SQL), and application servers. Experience with scripting and programming languages (Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.) for customization and integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ certification, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
