"We are seeking a Consultant (Career Level 9) with 3-5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) using Delinea Secret Server. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain the PAM environment, respond to alerts, perform health monitoring, and provide audit and compliance support. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous service improvement. Roles & Responsibilities Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Manage and coordinate the delivery team Ensure successful execution of projects Make key decisions Respond to system alerts and perform start/stop/restart of PAM components. Conduct health monitoring, patching, upgrades, backups, and archival verifications. Update documentation and knowledge management databases for continuous improvement. Support release management and testing for new enhancements. Coordinate with vendors for product-related issue resolution. Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests. Perform Root Cause Analysis and trend analysis to implement fixes and reduce repetitive issues. Manage Safe Supervisor Access, Membership, and Application Access. Troubleshoot Delinea PAM modules and perform administrative tasks. Provide audit reports and track privileged user activities. Add/remove accounts of Access Targets into Safe. Conduct service reviews and reporting. Facilitate quarterly reviews of IT administrator privileged access. Generate Delinea reports for audit and compliance support. Update onboarding artifacts, including demos, documents, templates, and notifications. Professional & Technical Skills Expertise in Delinea Secret Server and PAM. Strong understanding of security services projects Experience in leading and delivering security projects Knowledge of global delivery capability and tools Experience in managing and coordinating delivery teams Strong skills in health monitoring, patching, and upgrades. Experience in incident, problem, change, and service request management. Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and trend analysis. Ability to manage Safe Access and Application Access. Strong troubleshooting skills for Delinea PAM modules. Experience in audit reporting and privileged user activity tracking. Strong documentation and knowledge management skills. Update documentation and knowledge management databases for continuous improvement. Support release management and testing for new enhancements.
