Security Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems & Cybersecurity Compliance Engineer with 34 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and at least 12 years of hands-on involvement in cybersecurity, data protection compliance, and incident response processes. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day IT operations while also contributing to the organizations information security management system (ISMS), regulatory compliance, and business continuity programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for Windows OS , macOS , Linux/Ubuntu
• Administer Microsoft 365 services Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, user accounts, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot and manage Fortigate or Sophos Firewalls , including VPNs, security policies, and logs.
• Interpret, track, and monitor compliance with data protection laws and cybersecurity regulations .
• Support the incident response process , including breach notifications and coordinating with IT/forensics teams.
• Maintain Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) , consent documents, and compliance logs.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) .
• Conduct periodic internal audits , policy compliance checks, and report deviations.
• Track and maintain Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 34 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, and Windows Server .
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration .
• Experience with Fortigate or Sophos firewalls .
• 12 years experience in cybersecurity compliance, ISMS operations, or incident response.
• Understanding of data protection concepts (GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001 or similar).
• Good knowledge of networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills to support and coordinate effectively with Onshore users.
