As a Business Analyst Lead within our Securities Services Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure requirements are documented in JIRA, along with success criteria, and are signed off.
  • Oversee the JIRA lifecycle, including issue tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Lead the prioritization of sprint backlogs by evaluating and aligning tasks with business goals and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the most critical and high-impact tasks are addressed in each sprint cycle.
  • Lead the release management process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of project milestones.
  • Coordinate and manage technical funding activities to support project initiatives.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven strategies for managing reconciliation match rules to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
  • Define the product vision, roadmap, metrics, and OKRs in partnership with the Product Manager.
  • Participate in agile best practices, including writing user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure quality and timely updates are reported in Portfolio Intelligence & communicated in various forums and formats.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Atleast12 years of experience in software product development and change management.
  • Proficiency with project management & Business Analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
  • Working knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of Reference Data Account & Standing Settlement Instruction 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in software delivery and agile-focused development environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly energetic self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in financial services or a related industry.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical funding processes and business case development.
