Secretary to MD & Chairman

We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Secretary to support the Managing Director and Chairman at our Mumbai office. This role requires exceptional organizational ability, strong communication skills, and the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the MD & Chairmans calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and official communication
• Liaise with senior leadership, clients, media representatives, and internal stakeholders
• Organize board meetings, leadership reviews, and high-level internal discussions
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action points
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in administration/secretarial practice preferred
• 4 8 years of experience supporting CXO-level leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong time management skills
• Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
• Absolute discretion and integrity
