Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Bright, Dynamic, highly organized and proactive Secretary to CXO to provide executive support to our leadership office. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with high professionalism. Ideal candidate need to have ability to communicate & manage senior external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CXOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
• Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CXOs office and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support in preparation of presentations, analysts, reports, and communication materials.
• Track and follow up on key deliverables, ensuring timely closure.
• Assist in event planning, team engagements, and leadership reviews.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the CXOs office.

What Were Looking For

• Ambitious Graduate / post graduate in any discipline; Additional certifications / degree is a plus.
• 614 years of experience supporting senior leadership/executive office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Exposure to tools like Power BI is a plus
• High level of work commitment, professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to align with executives work timings and schedules, e.g. during travel
