About the Role
Provide high-quality executive supportcalendar, travel, documentation, communicationwhile guarding time and information flow. You will interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is precise and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and leadership offsites; prepare agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate travel and itineraries; reconcile expenses and maintain records.
- Draft presentations, letters, and executive briefs; maintain document control.
- Serve as first point of contact; prioritize communications and safeguard confidentiality.
- Track action items and deadlines; follow through across multiple teams.
- Support executive events, board sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors degree; prior executive support experience preferred.
- Excellent organization, written communication, and discretion.
- Proficiency with office suites, collaboration tools, and scheduling platforms.
- New graduates with strong writing and time-management skills are welcome to apply.
