Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.

  • Assist Business Head in preparation for various meetings / presentations.
  • Undertake various projects as assigned by the Head from time to time.
  • Assist Head in calendar management, travel management, clearing bills etc.
  • Keep track of various reviews, update status to the Head and seek intervention wherever required.
  • Follow up on behalf of the Head to close various action points.
  • Maintain data of contracts, agreements of consultants or any other important documents whenever required.

Graduate (any specialisation)

 

General Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanour and ability to work independently.
