Hiring: Senior SEO Lead

We are looking for someone ready to take complete charge of SEO.

This is not a support role.

This is a leadership position covering strategy, execution oversight, team management, and client communication.

What You Will Own

• End-to-end SEO strategy across multiple projects
• Building topical authority frameworks and content architecture
• Technical SEO direction including crawl control, index management, internal linking systems, schema
• Revenue-aligned organic growth roadmaps
• Performance tracking connected to real business impact
• Building SOPs and quality standards
• Managing and mentoring SEO team members
• Direct client communication, strategy calls, reporting, and objection handling
• You will represent SEO in front of clients.
• You must be comfortable defending decisions with logic and data.

What You Will NOT Be Doing

• Publishing content without strategy
• Buying backlinks blindly
• Waiting for instructions
• Sending reports without insights
• Working in silos without collaborating with paid, content, and dev teams
• This role is about ownership, not output volume.
