Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage and execute end-to-end SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, and content
• Manage technical SEO aspects such as site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, and mobile optimization
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Identify and resolve SEO issues including penalties, crawl errors, and ranking drops
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks and off-page SEO strategies
• Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in local SEO and international SEO
• Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with Google Ads and paid search is a plus
