Job Overview:
We are looking for an SEO specialist with 2- 3 years of experience to manage all search engine
optimization and marketing activities. Will be responsible for all SEO activities such as content
strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Reports To:
Will be reporting to the Website Development and Business Development Teams primarily
Skills And Responsibilities:
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in
order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Lead comprehensive technical site audits on desktop and mobile to identify gaps like
multiple domains, correct indexing, AMP pages best practices, page indexing, text to
HTML ratio, broken links, etc.
Identify, measure, and report key SEO KPIs including contribution to the business, top
keywords, top pages
Create and execute a detailed plan for off-page optimizations such as link building:
Internal, Inbound and Outbound links.
Leverage tools to monitor and improve SEO metrics such as crawl rate, indexation, and
SERP rankings for relevant keywords.
Sound knowledge of best practices for ranking in Google AI Overview and AI Mode
Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
Assist in Online Reputation Management (ORM) initiatives.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content
programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to
improve SEO positions for target keywords
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, WebTrends etc)
