Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with 45 years of hands-on experience in managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate should be proficient in keyword research, analytics, link building, SEO audits, and improving organic search ranking across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
On-Page & Technical SEO
- Execute on-page optimisation, including meta tags, headings, schema markup, and content improvements.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues related to crawling, indexing, website speed, and site architecture.
- Optimise landing pages, website content, and blogs for SEO performance.
- Troubleshoot ranking issues and implement corrective actions.
Keyword Research & Strategy
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry trend identification.
- Develop strategic keyword plans to enhance organic reach and SERP visibility.
- Monitor target keyword performance and update strategies accordingly.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns.
- Identify new link-building opportunities and acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Manage outreach activities for domain authority improvement.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SE Ranking, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Monitor website health, ranking fluctuations, and traffic patterns.
- Implement data-driven recommendations for continuous SEO improvement.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO-friendly output.
- Coordinate with international clients (if required) to provide SEO insights and updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Google algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, and Keyword Planner .
- Experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple SEO projects.
