Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation.

Can easily manage clients and set expectations in case of escalations

Updated about the latest changes in the industry and help the company remain ahead

of its competitors.

Check for weak processes in the team and work towards optimising them

Requirements:

Bachelors degree

Significant Microsoft Excel experience preferred

Basic knowledge of HTML preferred

Good communication skills- written and spoken
