Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Fielmente is a hospitality-focused digital marketing and business advisory firm working with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and lifestyle brands across India and international markets. We specialise in performance marketing, SEO, brand growth, and tech-enabled marketing solutions. We are looking for an SEO Specialist who understands both strategy and execution , and can drive measurable organic growth for our clients.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven SEO Specialist to plan, implement, and optimize search engine strategies across multiple hospitality and service-based brands. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, rankings, and qualified traffic while aligning SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.

• Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research for local, national, and international markets
• Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, internal linking, and site structure
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals)
• Manage local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization, citations, reviews)
• Plan and guide content SEO in coordination with content and social media teams
• Build and manage ethical backlink strategies
• Track, analyse, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
• Work closely with developers for SEO-friendly website implementations
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

• 14 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and search algorithms
• Experience with hospitality, real estate, local businesses, or service industries (preferred)
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA)
• Knowledge of HTML, website CMS (WordPress/Next.js basics is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Clear communication and reporting skills
