Job Title - SEO Position – Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager Job Description The candidate is responsible for SEO efforts which includes on-page and off-page optimization and keyword expansion research. An analytical professional who can skill-fully communicate and collaborate with various teams. The person would be ensuring the content is SERP friendly and optimized. Responsibilities 1. Plan and execute SEO project to deliver smooth, effective and result oriented performance 2. Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.) 3. Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools 4. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints 5. The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills 6. Define and achieve set of targets, for overall website traffic. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms 7. Promote on-page and off-page activities, that builds ranking, profile and traffic 8. Conducting distinctive SEO audits to identifying opportunities to build upon and for potential threats for the business growth 9. Manage coordination between IT, Social Media, SEM and Client Servicing teams 10. Manage vendors for freelance services like outsourced SEO vendors, content developers and blog writers. Proof reading of SEO articles and blogs etc. 11. Communicate and coordinate with senior management team for ongoing activities on frequent basis 12. Keep pace with industry trends, new updates and various other SEO communities 13. To research new keywords for a website, their competitiveness and search volumes 14. Frequent content review to hunt for opportunities, identify scope of improvements and creative solution for business growth 15.Proficient in preparing and presenting report in reviews. A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations Functional Skills  Expert in on-page and off-page SEO building & its activities  End-to-end tracking through Google Analytics  Lead funneling and capturing mechanism  CRM integration of lead form and tracking via GA  Updated on Google Algorithms and its constructive impacts  Updated on most effective and newer SEO tools  Thorough understanding of web-mobile ecosystem  Understanding of PPC and optimization of data from paid and organic sources  Knowledge of website administration and HTML/CSS  Knowledge of Wiki page creation  Target based SEO activation Desired Candidate Profile 1. Proven effective leadership and team management skills, preferably as SEO Lead 2. Ability to communicate smoothly with associates and other stakeholders at all levels 3. Professional experience of 8 to 10 years with min. 7 years of relevant SEO experience 4. Decent written and oral communication 5. Strong problem solving skills with proven project planning and execution skills 6. Working knowledge of MS Office with strong skills on MS Excel 7.
