Job Description
Job Title: SEO Manager
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead and optimise our global organic search strategy. The role involves identifying international growth opportunities, executing high-impact SEO initiatives, and improving search performance across multiple regions and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international SEO strategies.
- Diagnose and resolve crawlability, indexation, and technical issues.
- Provide recommendations on site architecture, URL structure, and mobile SEO.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO improvements, including link-building.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor search performance across multiple geographies.
- Define KPIs, measure ROI, and prioritise high-impact tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with strong global SEO results.
- Expertise in international SEO practices (hreflang, geo-targeting, TLD structure).
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
