Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategy aligned with business and growth objectives
Drive organic performance across rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions
Lead technical SEO initiatives including audits, site health, Core Web Vitals, and structured
data
Partner with content teams to build intent-driven, high-quality, and scalable organic content
Ensure SEO readiness for AI-led search, conversational queries, and evolving discovery platforms
Track performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog, and share actionable insights
Act as the SEO point of contact, collaborating with tech, paid media, analytics, and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency environment, with proven leadership
exposure
Strong expertise in on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content-led organic growth strategies
Proficient with SEO and analytics tools including Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs,
SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
Solid understanding of current SEO best practices, search algorithms, and reporting
frameworks
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website architecture for SEO optimization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
