About the Role
We are seeking a performance-oriented SEO professional with proven experience in scaling organic growth for large D2C and eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate combines strong technical SEO expertise with strategic growth thinking and an understanding of AI-driven and generative search ecosystems.
This role demands ownership, structured execution, and a clear ability to connect organic growth to revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Scale non-branded organic traffic across category, product, and content pages.
- Build keyword cluster strategies aligned to commercial intent and funnel stages.
- Improve organic conversion rate and revenue contribution.
Technical SEO
- Conduct technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and rendering.
- Collaborate closely with development teams for implementation of technical recommendations.
- Optimize large product catalogs including pagination, faceted navigation, filters, and dynamic URLs.
- Ensure SEO readiness for headless or modern JavaScript-based stacks
Generative SEO & AI Search Optimization
- Optimize content for AI-driven search environments and evolving search experiences.
- Implement entity-based and semantic SEO strategies.
- Structure content and schema for enhanced discoverability in generative search results.
- Build scalable content frameworks aligned to AI search behavior and user intent.
Content & Authority Development
- Create SEO-driven content strategies aligned to buyer personas and search intent.
- Strengthen E-E-A-T signals across commercial and informational pages.
- Build strong internal linking architecture.
- Support backlink acquisition and digital authority initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including organic traffic, keyword movement, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
- Use GA4, Search Console, and leading SEO tools for performance analysis.
- Identify ranking volatility and develop recovery action plans.
- Present structured monthly reports with insights and growth roadmap.
Required Experience
- 47 years of SEO experience
- Demonstrated success in scaling organic traffic for D2C or eCommerce brands
- Experience managing websites with large SKU volumes
- Strong technical SEO execution capability
- Experience collaborating with development teams
- Understanding of AI search and generative search optimization
