Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute the companys organic growth strategy. The role will be responsible for driving search visibility, improving website rankings, and generating high-quality organic traffic. This is a hands-on individual contributor role working closely with the Founders Office to scale digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, content structure, internal linking, and site architecture.
• Manage off-page SEO initiatives such as backlink building and outreach.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to drive SEO-focused content strategies.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Track and report SEO KPIs, rankings, traffic growth, and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in B2B SAAS environments.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
