Adtric is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO function, drive rankings, increase organic traffic, and build scalable search strategies for multiple brands across industries. Were looking for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and stays ahead of search trends.

What youll do:

• Lead Strategy: Develop end-to-end SEO, AIO, and AEO strategies for diverse client sectors.
• Drive Growth: Increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and visibility in AI-generated search summaries.
• Technical & AI Audits: Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize content for LLM (Large Language Model) readability.
• AIO, AEO & SGE Optimization: Optimize website architecture and content to secure "Position Zero" and citations in AI-led answer engines.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with content and dev teams to implement AI-driven automation and structured data.
• Advanced Analytics: Use Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and AI tracking tools to report on traditional and generative search performance.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior team members on the latest search trends and AI tools.

What were looking for:

• 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools
• Experience in handling multiple projects or client accounts
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into strategy
• Good understanding of content optimization and user intent
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms and coordination with developers for technical fixes
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
