We are looking for a focused and energetic SEO Executive with a specialization in Off-Page SEO to join our team in Kolkata. If you have a solid foundation in link-building tactics and are looking to grow your career within a creative agency environment, this role is for you.

This is a Hybrid positionallowing you the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with the team in person at our Kolkata office.

• Outreach: Execute daily link-building activities, including guest post outreach, directory submissions, and profile linking.
• Prospecting: Identify high-quality, relevant websites for backlink opportunities using tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Tracking: Maintain detailed spreadsheets of outreach status, live links, and domain metrics.
• Content Coordination: Work with the content team to ensure guest posts meet the quality standards of target websites.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly reports on link acquisition progress.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in SEO backlinking.
• Location: Must be based in Kolkata (for hybrid office days).
• Communication: Good written English skills for drafting outreach emails and coordinating with webmasters.
• Basics: Clear understanding of DA/DR, Spam Score, and Do-follow/No-follow links.
• Tools: Familiarity with basic SEO tools and Google Sheets/Excel.

• Salary: 10,000-20,000 per month.
• Work Mode: Hybrid (Kolkata-based).
