Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who can help generate qualified leads (not just traffic) through strategic SEO efforts. The focus will be on US and European markets, with a strong emphasis on keyword intent, authority building, technical SEO best practices, and effective use of AI-powered SEO tools.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for our website. Please note the purpose of the SEO is to primarily generate leads and not drive traffic. We are looking to focus SEO efforts towards the US and European Region only.

Making recommendations for optimizing website content, meta tags, and schema markup for improved search engine visibility. This includes improving website structure, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking. We have a WordPress developer in-house who can make changes to the website based on your recommendations.

Building and managing high-quality backlinks from reputable sources to improve website authority, using techniques such as link building, guest blogging, broken link building and more. Youll be in charge of approaching various blog owners/editors to offer guest posts in exchange for do-follow backlinks.

Monitoring and analyzing website and app traffic using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush, and then using this data to inform and improve SEO strategies.

Leveraging AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Jasper, or similar platforms for content ideation, optimization, competitor analysis, and SERP insights while maintaining originality and search engine compliance.

Developing and executing effective link building strategies.

Collaborating with the WordPress Developer to ensure website technical SEO best practices are being implemented, such as website speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, structured data implementation, and ensuring the website is crawlable by search engine bots.

Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, and adapting strategies accordingly.

Making recommendations for content and vetting content that will be generated via content writers, AI tools, or online tools. If you can generate content independently, that would be a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience generating SEO content independently.

Prior exposure to US / European market SEO.

Understanding of schema markup and conversion-focused SEO.

Hands-on experience using AI tools for SEO research, content optimization, and workflow automation.
