Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented SEO Executivewith12 years of hands-onexperienceto join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for executing SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings for multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research (short-tail and long-tail) to support SEO and content strategies
- Execute on-page SEO optimizations including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings (H1H6), image alt tags, URL structure, and internal linking
- Optimize website pages and blog content to improve search engine rankings and user experience
- Handle basic technical SEO tasks such as indexing checks, page speed analysis, broken link audits, redirects, and sitemap updates
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console (traffic, impressions, CTR, rankings)
- Assist with off-page SEO activities including backlink research, outreach tracking, and link profile analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify keyword gaps, content opportunities, and ranking improvements
- Maintain SEO reports, keyword trackers, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate with content, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of keyword research (short-tail and long-tail keywords)
- Practical experience with on-page SEO including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings (H1H6), internal linking, URL structure, and image optimization
- Working knowledge of content optimization for search engines and user experience
- Basic understanding of technical SEO such as indexing, crawlability, page speed optimization, broken links, redirects, and XML sitemaps
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with off-page SEO activities, including backlink research and link profile analysis
- Ability to perform competitor analysis and keyword gap analysis
- Experience maintaining SEO reports, keyword trackers, and performance dashboards
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Preferred Skills
- Experience with content optimization and SEO copywriting
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels beyond SEO
- SEO or Google Analytics certification (a plus)
