Adtric is looking for a data-driven SEO Executive who is ready to level up their career. Youll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of SEO campaigns, ensuring our clients stay visible not just in traditional search results, but also in AI-powered answer engines. We want someone who is curious about AI-driven search (AIO) and knows how to optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

• Execution: Implement end-to-end SEO tactics including on-page, off-page, and technical fixes.
• AEO Implementation: Optimize content structures (FAQs, schema markup, and bulleted lists) to improve visibility in AI "Search Generative Experiences".
• Keyword & AI Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify high-intent keywords and "natural language" queries used in AI chat interfaces.
• Technical SEO: Perform regular audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console to ensure site health and LLM crawlability.
• AIO Content Support: Collaborate with the content team to ensure all output is optimized for both human readers and AI retrieval.
• Link Building: Execute quality backlink strategies to build domain authority and brand citations.
• Reporting: Track and report on organic performance, providing actionable insights into traffic and ranking trends.

• Experience: 23 years of proven experience in SEO.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• AI Curiosity: A basic understanding of how AI tools (like ChatGPT or Perplexity) are changing search behavior.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress for implementing SEO recommendations.
• Analytical Mind: Ability to look at data and understand why a page isor isn'tranking.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to coordinate with internal teams.
