Job Title: SEO Analyst

Shift Schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (Monday to Thursday Work from Office; Friday Work from Home)

Unbound IA is hiring an SEO Analyst to drive organic discoverability across search engines and AI-driven search environments. This role owns execution across on-page, off-page, technical SEO, GEO, and AEO, ensuring the website maintains strong search visibility, technical health, and structured content performance.

You will work closely with content, growth, and development teams to ensure SEO requirements are implemented during content publishing and site updates.

Responsibilities ~

Own On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, GEO, and AEO execution end to end.

Execute keyword research, search intent alignment, internal linking optimization, and metadata improvements.

Run technical audits covering crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture.

Optimize content for traditional SERPs and AI discovery surfaces including AI Overviews and answer-driven results using GEO and AEO practices.

Build and manage backlink acquisition initiatives through outreach, link gap analysis, and authority monitoring.

Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms; translate insights into prioritized actions.

Track ranking movements, traffic shifts, and SERP feature opportunities to guide optimization decisions.

Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO implementation during publishing and site updates.

Maintain SEO documentation, workflows, and reporting standards for consistent execution.

Requirements ~

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

Practical execution experience across on-page, off-page, technical SEO, GEO, and AEO.

Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, and technical diagnostics.

Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Ability to prioritize tasks based on performance impact and business goals.
