Senior Executive Paid Media (E-commerce | D2C Brands)

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Gurgaon ( On-Site Opportunity)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media professional with hands-on experience managing E-commerce / D2C brands across Google Ads and Meta platforms, focused on revenue growth and ROAS optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Drive KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, Revenue & Conversion Rate.
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
  • Monitor budgets, bids, quality score, impression share, and account performance.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize shopping feeds and scaling strategies for D2C brands.
  • Analyze campaign data, conversions, and ROI; deliver performance reports.
  • Provide growth strategies and optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinate with clients on performance updates and campaign planning.
  • Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Experience handling E-commerce / D2C accounts with revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (GA4 knowledge preferred).
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Good communication and client handling skills.
