What Youll Do

• Handle complete Ocean Export CS & Documentation process.
• Manage client communication, updates, and shipment coordination.
• Work with shipping lines, co-loaders, CHAs & transporters.
• Prepare, review & finalize all documentation (BL, invoicing, accruals etc.).
• Open jobs in system, update fields, and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Troubleshoot missing/damaged cargo cases and coordinate claims.
• Maintain smooth workflow, communication tracking, and process compliance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Freight Forwarding Ocean Export CS & Documentation is a must.
• Strong in Incoterms, export workflows, system entries, billing & accruals.
• Solid communication skills (English, Hindi & regional).
• Confident, proactive, and a solid team player.
