SDWAN Sr. Engineer

We are seeking a skilled L2 Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SD-WAN technologies, IP routing protocols, and troubleshooting complex network issues. This role involves supporting enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for network incidents, changes, and service requests.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions (e.g. Fortinet, Versa, Cisco Viptela).
• Manage and optimize IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) across WAN and LAN environments.
• Perform root cause analysis for network outages and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with L1 and L3 teams for escalations and project deployments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
