About the role:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Development & Client Success Specialist who can contribute to pipeline generation and early client success. This role combines outbound prospecting, pre-sales qualification, documentation, onboarding, and client relationship managementperfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced RevTech/CRM-led environment and enjoys both sales and operational ownership.


Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Build and nurture a micro-pipeline through LinkedIn, outbound emails, and social engagement.
  • Research accounts, identify ICP fit, and validate SDR-level intel before outreach.

Discovery & Qualification

  • Conduct initial discovery/qualification calls or co-own calls with Account Executives.
  • Prepare detailed MoMs, document next steps, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Sales Coordination

  • Support AEs with pre-sales research, basic scoping, and pricing intel.
  • Maintain familiarity with all sales collateral: decks, offerings, case studies, and pricing sheets.

Post Sales and Documentation

  • Own proposals, NDAs, contracts (PandaDoc/Upwork), and payment workflows (Stripe, wire, Upwork).
  • Set up Slack channels, introduce internal teams, and prepare sales-to-implementation handoff docs.

Onboarding and Early Client Success

  • Coordinate client onboarding: HubSpot access, kick-off scheduling, and implementation readiness.
  • Monitor client engagement in the first 30 days and proactively address risks (e.g., ghosting or unclear expectations).

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work with SDRs, AEs, Implementation, and Leadership to maintain pipeline health and project momentum.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sells/additional service lines such as Demand Gen, PPC, or Outbound.
