ROLE: SDR STRATEGIC LEAD GENERATION

Turn Research/Insights into Real Conversations

Location : Baner, Pune

What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Researching and identifying high-value accounts
  • Mapping decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Writing thoughtful, personalized outreach
  • Following structured outreach cadences
  • Booking qualified meetings
  • Maintaining clean CRM discipline
  • Sharing insights from conversations with leadership

You wont be asked to spam 500 emails a day.

You will be asked to think.



What Were Looking For

  • 14 years in SDR/BDR/lead gen role
  • Strong written communication
  • Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Curiosity and discipline
  • Comfort with tools like Sales Navigator and CRM systems
  • Coachability and ambition
