TheRole
AsaSalesDevelopmentRepresentative(SDR),youwillbetheengineofoursalesgrowthinthe
MiddleEast.Youwillfocusonoutboundprospecting,actingasthefirstpointofcontactforpotential
clientsintheUAE,KSA,andwiderGCCregion.
Yourgoalissimple:identifytherightcompaniesthatneedourSaaS&ITsolutions,sparkinterest,
andsetupqualifiedmeetings.
KeyResponsibilities
RegionalProspecting:Executetargetedoutboundcampaigns(Email,LinkedIn,ColdCalls)
focusingonmid-to-largeenterprisesintheUAE,KSA,KuwaitandBahrain.
ConsultativeSelling:Articulatethevalueofourpartnerecosystem(e.g.,howFreshworks
improvesITservicedeliveryorhowSecPodsecuresendpoints)toITDirectorsandC-level
decision-makers.
LeadQualification:Vetinboundleadsandoutboundprospectstoensuretheymeet
WorkdeftsIdealCustomerProfile(ICP)beforehandingthemofftothesalesteam.
CulturalNavigation:NavigateMiddleEasternbusinesshierarchieseffectively,understanding
theimportanceofrelationship-buildingandlocalbusinessetiquette.
PipelineManagement:MaintainrigorousdatahygieneinourCRM,loggingeverycall,email,
andinteractiontoensureaccurateforecasting.
MarketIntelligence:StayupdatedondigitaltransformationtrendsintheMiddleEastto
tailoryourpitchtothespecificpainpointsofregionalbusinesses.
